Umbro have confirmed that only 15 of these were made and sent to the training ground and these track suits which have the word England stitched to the back are not to be confused with the more common “flag tops” which every player received which were used for national anthems which have the England badge on the front. It would be unfair for us to claim this is the track suit which Bobby Moore wore during the finals although it is very likely but we would like to make it clear that Johnny Byrne Peter Thompson Ian Callaghan Gordon Milne Alf Ramsey George Cohen Harold Shepherdson and Bobby Moore were known to have this style track suit and were pictured wearing it in the famous photo of the original squad of 28 (photo included). The bottoms to this track suit are large and also have Umbro Labelling with two world globes in the background. Both items are in good condition with the odd pull.
